The Centre Management Office is located on level 1 at Burwood Brickworks. Our office is open on Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, where we are happy to assist you with your visit to the centre.

Security is onsite Monday to Thursday 4 pm to 12 am, Friday 3 pm to 12 am, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday’s 1 pm to 12 am. They can be contacted on 0497 912 765

Security's number is listed on at all entry points to the centre and car park.

If you have found a lost item or are looking for something you've misplaced, please visit Centre Management between Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Alternatively, you can contact our security team for assistance or email us outside of these hours.

Eat Street is located outside and is accessible via our on-grade car park or Foundation Boulevard.

Our toilets are located next to Ben and Jerry’s at the main Eat Street entrance.

Yes, the parents room is located near our bathroom facilities. It includes two private feeding rooms, baby change facilities, toddler play space and adult and toddler bathroom facilities. Open during regular centre hours, this space ensures ease and privacy for all.

Explore our range of engaging play areas designed for children! Indoors, we offer a vibrant soft-play playground, while our parent rooms feature a cosy play space for little ones. Outside, kids can enjoy ‘The Ladybirds,’ an exciting climbing area perfect for adventurous play. For any safety or maintenance concerns, please contact Centre Management.

Our travelator is located near Reading Cinemas.

Star Car Wash is conveniently located in the on-grade car park, near Dan Murphys.

3. Enter your details and connect
   - A login page will appear. Simply enter your name and email address, agree to the terms and conditions, and click 'Connect.'
