Dumpling Making Workshop at the Lunar New Year Festival
Celebrate the Year of the Snake at the Burwood Brickworks Lunar New Year Festival with an exciting Dumpling Making Workshop hosted by Otao Kitchen! Immerse yourself in the vibrant flavours of Chinese food culture as you learn to craft your own handmade dumplings under the expert guidance of a professional chef.
During this intimate, hands-on workshop, you'll roll out dough and choose from a variety of fillings, including pork, chicken, vegetarian, and vegan options. You'll also master the art of decorative folding techniques, transforming your dumplings into delightful creations. After the workshop, sit down to enjoy your freshly made dumplings with your new friends from the workshop.
Bookings are essential, to avoid disappointment please book by clicking the ‘book now’ button below. Workshops run for 1 hour per class and limited to 25 attendees per session. All attendees will receive a $20 voucher to enjoy at one of the Eat Street restaurants at Burwood Brickworks.
